Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee attended a team-building meeting that lasted three days when he was likely exposed to COVID-19. COVID-19 protocols were followed for all events associated with the meeting. The employee contracted the disease and was hospitalized within eleven days of the meeting. The employee died from complications of COVID-19 at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021.
