Three Employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized
Investigation abstract
At 11:00 p.m. on August 18, 2021, an employee working for a State psychiatric COVID-19 on August 6, 2021 and was hospitalized on August 19, 2021. Employee #3 last worked on August 11, 2021, in the Plant Operations Building. On August 12, 2021, Employee #3 tested positive for COVID-19. On August 17, 2021, Employee #3 was retested and a positive test was returned on August 19, 2021. On August 20, 2021 Employee #3 was hospitalized. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
