Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a firm that manufactured fluid milk. The firm manufactured, marketed, distributed, and sold, among many products, branded coffee creamers and premium dairy products. He was exposed to COVID-19. He was hospitalized, and he died on October 7, 2021.
