Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a licensed practical nurse at an assisted living facility for the elderly. She assisted residents in the activities of daily living. There was an outbreak of COVID-19 at the facility. Following the outbreak, the employee was hospitalized to treat COVID-19. On October 3, 2021, she died.
