Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
At 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2021, an employee who had been performing his routine assigned work tasks in a work center was hospitalized. The work center contained 4 cubicles each equipped with 4 desks and 5 cubicles each equipped with 1 desk, so there was the potential for close contact with coworkers. The employee's job title and work tasks were not detailed in the narrative, but it was determined that the employee's exposure to COVID-19 was from a family member living with the employee. On September 17, 2021, the employee was released from the hospital. On September 27, the employee was readmitted and dischared on September 30, 2021.
