The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on September 19th, 2021, and was admitted to the hospital on September 20th, 2021. The employee died on October 12, 2021, due to acute respiratory failure due to COVID-19 related pneumonia accompanied or caused by opportunistic candida and aspergillus infection.
