Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as an ICE deportation officer and was exposed to immigrants and coworkers who were infected with COVID-19. On September 21, 2021, the employee notified his supervisor that he was ill and had tested positive for COVID-19. The employee's symptoms worsened and at 7:00 p.m. on September 25, 2021, he was hospitalized. The employee successfully recovered from his infection.
