Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee and a coworker were working for a car wash servicing company in another state when they were exposed to a contractor that was infected with COVID-19. At the completion of the work, the employee returned to his home state and began having symptoms of COVID-19. The employee was hospitalized and subsequently died due to complications of his infection at 4:00 p.m. on September 3, 2021.
