Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
On September 17, 2021, an employee had been working for a grocery store as a Baker when he died from COVID-19. The bakery is contained in a approximately 59 foot by 27.5 foot area within the store. The employer learned that the employee was hospitalized on September 17, 2021. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
