An employee was working in a management-related occupation for a vocational rehabilitation service. It ran a nationwide chain of thrift stores. She worked as a program analyst in an administrative office. She might have contracted COVID-19 through exposure to a coworker who was not feeling well. The employee died on October 10, 2021.
