Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee and infant teacher who worked at a daycare arrived at work and informed the District Leader that he had been exposed to someone who had COVID-19. The employee was sent home, later tested positive for COVID-19, and was hospitalized on September 13, 2021. At 3:00 p.m. on October 19, 2021, the employee died due to complications associated with COVID-19.
