Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was providing direct patient care to the residents. The employee tested positive for COVID-19. She provided care to two residents prior to these residents developing symptoms and testing positive for COVID-19. The employee was required to wear personal protective equipment (N-95, eye protection, face shield, googles, and gloves). The incident took place at approximately 3:54 p.m. on October 12, 2021.
