Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a Cleaning Process Operator and their last day of work was September 11, 2021. The employee tested for Covid-19 on September 13, 2021, and was hospitalized. At the same time, the employee found out that he was Covid-19 positive. The employee was released from the hospital on September 26, 2021. On October 6, 2021, the employee was readmitted to the hospital. The employee died at 2:15 p.m. on October 16, 2021 from Covid-19 complications.
