Employee avulses hand while clearing machinery
Investigation abstract
At 9:45 a.m. on October, 25, 2021, an employee was clearing a jam and adjusting machinery. While the employee's hand was inside of the machine, it started up. The employee received an avulsion injury to his hand. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
