Employee suffers back contusion when struck by falling box
Investigation abstract
At 2:10 p.m. on October 28, 2021, an employee was sorting packages. A small box, weighing 5-10 lbs., fell off of a pallet on a moving Crown electric pallet jack, striking the employee in the back. She suffered a back contusion and was treated without hospitalization.
