Investigation abstract
An employee worked as a Warehouse Associate in a general warehousing and storage facility. On Saturday, July 31, 2021, the employee was working overtime helping coworkers retrieve their equipment. The employee was in close contact with coworkers for approximately 15 to 20 minutes while completing the operation. The employee and her coworkers all wore masks. The employee began to develop COVID-19 related symptoms on August 4, 2021. On August 10, 2021, the employee was hospitalized due to the progression of her symptoms.
