Two Employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized
Investigation abstract
At 8:00 a.m. on September 3, 2021, two employees who worked for a public school been discharged from the hospital and was back at work. Employee #2 also did not file a Worker's Compensation claim with the employer suggesting it was not a work-related exposure. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative, but no deficiencies were found. district had tested positive for COVID-19. Employee #1 was working as a Special Education Aide at a High School and Employee #2 was working as a Resource Specialist at an Elementary School. Employee #1 tested positive for COVID-19 and was hospitalized on September 4, 2021. As of November 18, 2021, Employee #1 had been discharged from the hospital and was back at work. Employee #1 did not file a Worker's Compensation claim with her employer suggesting it was not a work-related exposure.
