Employee is killed by unknown cause, found floating off ship
Investigation abstract
At 6:30 a.m. on October 22, 2021, a coworker (Captain) discovered an employee was missing from the ship and found an employee floating in the water near the dock and row boat. The employee was killed during the early morning hours during rest hours and none of the employee's coworkers saw what happened. Cause of the employee's death was unknown.
