Investigation abstract

At 1:00 a.m. on October 10, 2021, an employee was monitoring the banding process for the steel beams coming through the line. A set of steel beams failed to move after banding was finished. The employee tried to push the bundle forward by hand, while second bundle was moving into position. His hand was fractured after being caught between the two bundles, resulting in hospitalization.
