Investigation abstract
At 10:30 a.m. on July 24, 2021, an employee was tying rebar to construct a bridge wall when he stepped off an I-beam approximately three feet above the ground and fell backward. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for a fractured leg.
