An employee had been working for a major grocery store chain. The employee last worked in the store on August 12, 2021, when she started to experience COVID-19 related symptoms. On August 16, 2021, the employee went to the hospital, where she was admitted and remained until she died on September 6, 2021, from COVID-19.
