On August 21, 2021, two employees who worked at a medical diagnostic imaging not included in the narrative. center were reported hospitalized with COVID-19. The imaging center provides outpatient radiology procedures to patients. Employee #1 developed COVID-19 related symptoms and tested positive on August 16, 2021.
