Employee is killed by drowning
Investigation abstract
At 2:00 p.m. on November 19, 2021, an employee was working as a gardener, blowing leaves at a single-family residence. The employee was found dead at the bottom of the pool, wearing a leaf blower. The coroner identified the cause of death as "drowning" with another significant condition of "atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease."
