Investigation abstract
An employee worked maintenance for a correctional institution. On or about November 10, 2021, and employee was hospitalized due to complications from COVID-19. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative but a coworker who also worked maintenance for the same company but at a different facility was hospitalized with COVID-19 around the same timeframe. There is no indication that they came into contact with each other.
