Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
On November 14, 2021, an employee had reported to work feeling unwell. The employee had underlying medical issues and her employer thought she looked unwell. Her coworkers believed she was having issues with her blood sugar and called ambulance. The employee was hospitalized but died of COVID-19 related pneumoniaon November 22, 2021.
