Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was climbing a derrick ladder and, when he reached the transition board at the top, he became unresponsive. The employee was transported to the hospital where it was discovered that he was suffering from COVID-19 symptoms. The employee's condition deteriorated, and he subsequently died due to COVID-19 complications at 6:17 p.m. on November 28, 2021.
