Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a home healthcare company and was at home when she reported feeling sick on August 11, 2021. The employee was admitted to the hospital due to shortness of breathe and other respiratory problems and tested positive for COVID-19. The employee died on September 27, 2021, while under the care of physician at local hospital.
