Employee installing road tabs is killed when struck by semi
Investigation abstract
At 10:30 a.m. on December 6, 2021, an employee who worked as a highway maintenance worker was placing roadway marker tabs on a highway when she was struck from behind by a semi truck. The employee incurred multiple blunt force trauma injuries and was killed.
