Employee amputates finger when caught by auger
Investigation abstract
At 4:30 p.m. on December 2, 2021, an employee was putting cookie dough into a truffle ball hopper. When she attempted to push some of the dough into the auger, her finger was caught by the auger. The employee's finger was amputated and was treated without hospitalization.
