Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee had been working for a landscaping company along with coworkers. The employee was driving in a truck along with a coworker who reportedly was experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms. On October 6, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. At 6:30 p.m. on November 7, 2021, he died due to complications from COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
