Investigation abstract
At 10:30 a.m. on November 9, 2021, an employee was operating a jointer, when a piece of wood got stuck. The employee pulled the guard back to release the piece of wood. Three of his fingers got amputated by the knives of the jointer. The employee was hospitalized.
