Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
On August 2, 2021, an employee who had been performing his regular as a Fire Fighter for a City Fire Department was hospitalized with COVID-19. It is not known where he was exposed. The employer did not have Adequate Aerosol Transmissible Diseases policies and procedures in place.
