Event description

Employee is killed when crushed by falling load of logs

Investigation abstract

At 07:30 a.m. on August 05, 2021, an employee was getting a log truck loaded by a log loader. It was not clear exactly what happened. For some reason, a log that was being loaded fell off the truck crushing him. The employee sustained crushing injury to the head, neck, shoulder and back before dying.
