At 12:00 p.m. on December 13, 2021, Employee #1 and Employee #2 work to install sheetrock in a new construction building. At some point, the employees fall approximately fifteen feet, Employee #1 was hospitalized with a leg fracture, and Employee #2 received contusions and was treated and released.
