ONE EMPLOYEE IS KILLED, ONE IS INJURED IN COLLAPSE DUE TO T

Investigation abstract

At 10:45 p.m. on December 10, 2021, Employee #1 who supervised a retail store wa n was not saying anything and died. Employee #1 was killed due to multiple injur ies including fractures and lacerations to her abdomen before they were discover ed. The cause was a building collapse due to a tornado. Employee #2 was hospital ized to treat multiple injuries to fractures, contusions and abrasions to his ne ck and back. s receiving instructions from her coworker (Store Manager) via phone stating if she and Employee #2 (a Cashier) heard a tornado emergency siren to lock up the s tore and go to the bathroom for shelter. As Employee #1 and Employee #2 began to lock up the store they did not hear the siren due to the loud cotton gin across the street. As they were on way to bathroom, Employee #2 stated he heard and co uld feel an explosion against his body. When he came to his senses, he noticed a large wall freezer was on top of his head with beer constantly leaking onto his face.
