Employee is killed when struck by loader
Investigation abstract
At 12:00 a.m. on December 16, 2021, an employee was fatally struck by a loader while the employee was directing the driver of a tanker truck. The aisle that the employee was standing in was being shared by a tanker truck and a loader. The employee was transported to the Vidant Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
