Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working in a gas station and convenience store and last worked on November 26, 2021. The next day the employee became ill and received a positive COVID-19 test. The employee died at home at 7:00 p.m.on November 29, 2021, due to COVID-19 complications.
