Investigation abstract
An employee worked her last shift at a group home on September 19, 2021. Prior to the employee's last shift, two coworkers and four residents had tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was hospitalized and tested positive for COVID-19 on September 22, 2021. The employee died due to COVID-19 complications on September 22, 2021.
