Two employees with COVID-19 infections are hospitalized
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working as a superintendent on a construction site with employee #2. Employee #1 tested positive for COVID-19 on September 27, 2021, and quarantined at home as per employer policy. On October 4, 2021, employee #1 was admitted to the hospital due to COVID-19 complications. The employee successfully recovered and was released from the hospital. About the same time, employee #2 also tested positive for COVID-19 and was also asked to quarantine at home. Employee #2 also required hospital admittance due to complications from COVID-19.
