Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a part-time fire fighter for a city fire department and last worked on October 27, 2021. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on November 4, 2021 and was hospitalized on November 6, 2021. The employee was placed on a ventilator at the hospital from November 8, 2021 until he died on November 23, 2021.
