Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
On December 15,2021, an employee who worked as a Police Officer died from narrative. complications due to COVID-19. The employee contacted the employer on November 9, 2021, and stated that he was not feeling well and was getting tested for COVID-19 later in the day. The last day the employee worked was November 3, 2021. The employee was hospitalized starting on November 11, 2021 and died while still in the hospital. The employee worked second shift by himself. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
