Investigation abstract
An employee had been performing his duties as a Licensed Practical Nurse. On July 28, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On August 7, 2021, the employee was hospitalized. The employee had worked in the COVID-19 vaccine unit prior to contracting COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
