Investigation abstract
At 8:00 p.m. on December 9, 2021, an employee who worked as an electrician for a college died from COVID-19 infection. On November 17, 2021, the employee and a coworker drove together in a work truck to an area on campus where a tree that needed removed was located. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
