Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee had been working as a Machine Operator for a heavy metal tank manufacturere. The employee was recovering at home after positive test results when he developed complications and was admintted in the hospital on October 20, 2021. The employer found that the employee's exposure was not work related. The employee recovered and returned to work after quarantine period.
