Investigation abstract

At 3:15 a.m. on July 15, 2021, Employee #1 was pulling an industrial-size bowl filled with approximately 200�F water while walking backward without identifying obstacles. Employee #1 tripped on the leg of another machine and grabbed the bowl, causing the hot water to spill onto him. The employee sustained first- and second-degree burns and was hospitalized.
