Employee cuts finger while repairing the wheel on cart
Investigation abstract
At 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2022, Employee #1 was repairing the wheel on a cart. The metal plate he was installing struck his finger. Employee #1 sustained a laceration on the top of his right middle finger. He was treated without hospitalization.
