Investigation abstract

At 11:00 p.m. on August 9, 2021, three employees who worked as Registered Nurses protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative. at a Skilled Nursing Facility were reported positive for COVID-19. A fourth employee tested positive later. All four employees were put off work as soon as they tested positive. Employee #1 tested positive on July 24, 2021, Employee #2 tested positive on August 2, 2021, Employee #3 tested positive on August 2, 2021, and Employee #4 tested positive on August 12, 2021. Employee #1 was hospitalized on July 31, 2021, due to COVID-19 complications. The remaining three employees were hospitalized on August 5, 2021, August 9, 2021, and August 22, 2021.
