Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a building service director at a senior living facility and was feeling sick on November 1, 2021. The employee took a COVID-19 test on November 2, 2021, and it returned inconclusive. The employee did not return to work because of his continuing symptoms. The employee was admitted to the hospital on November 8, 201 and he died at 6:15 p.m. on November 27, 2021, due to COVID-19 complications.
