Employee fractures leg when struck by container
Investigation abstract
At 9:00 a.m. on January, 13, 2022, an employee was verifying a container bin. A coworker, driving a tug truck, tried to do a turn and hit the container, causing the employee to get struck by the container. The employee was hospitalized to treat a fracture to the right leg.
