Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a facilities services contractor when he called out sick with what he thought was food poisoning. Two days later, the employee went to the hospital and it was determined he had contracted COVID-19. The employee was admitted to the hospital on July 28, 2021, until he recovered and was discharged. The employee was working remotely and did not interact with coworkers. It could not be determined where the employee contracted the infection.
